You look so agitated.

You are mixing so many things together. your presonal work (its ur own
negligence and u cannot blame anyone else) and the winshop/bar issue (I
appreciate your effort on this) and because u felt an issue with ur house
stuff you want single window.
best approach to solve issues is to identify them and prioritize them and
try solving them step by step.
When we mix many things together, yes it looks so complex.

But one positive step we can do is that, we compile list of offices and
procedures need to be followed and contact numbers of officials and offices
etc together and place them together.
people start using the information. first thing is they do not need to pay
bribes any more and second thing is govt employees come to know the facts
about people awareness and they start working properly.

And then you start solving the bigger issue of single window.
