Contractor was requesting to provide some more funding,as SSA will release funds in another 2 weeks. SSA fund should reach our TMAD account and then we pay the same to contractor. Contractor was requesting me to provide some additional amount (he was actually asking for another 90k, to make the total payment to 2 Lakhs). As we anyway need to pay 18k towards the classroom construction as our contribution (20% amount ->108k total). So I thought let us pay 20k (making it round figure for now and adjust the 2k additional amt from SSA fund to TMAD account). Hope it is ok for our members. I didn't commit any additional amount to contractor, but only said 'will try based on the availability'.
