Hi Shilpa,

I suggest that we give gifts only. Gifts motivate them to perform better.

How about story writing? Asking tthem to write stories. This way we can get
to know their creativity and also their standard in Telugu.

We can ask them to narrate stories. New games.

We gave them so many books and let us ask them to read those books and
conduct story telling on those books. That way they will cultivate
the reading habit.
