I hope that readers understand that the $5000 refers to digital certificates,
not to Tomcat :-).
Tomcat is free of charge, and you are only obligated to obey the conditions of
the Apache Software LIcense that it is released under. See the file "LICENSE"
in the top level directory of the Tomcat release.
