New User..Installation probs ..

Hi All ,

I have downloaded jakarta-tomcat and jakarta-ant and saved that in Tomcat
folder.
I had Jsdk1.3 and servlet api installed and all are there in the classpath.
Now when I run the build it gives me error showing Java-Home classpath is
not  set.
Why this error occurs?
