That's a good page, thanks for writing it.  In fact maybe we'll link to
it from the FAQ?

A small note: "Someone once thought 'hmm, there ought to be a way for
developers to just drop a servlet class into a directory and have it
just work, just like we can do for JSPs'."  Do you know this for a fact?
Because JSPs came after servlets, and after the invoker servlet ;)
