Okay, I look again and find information, but it doesn't seem to be enough to fix the problem.
Just to follow up: I did set my JAVA_HOME to the new location. I did delete all of my tomcat work directories. Those were the only items I saw recommended as solutions in the archives, but they didn't do the trick.
