2.2.x kernels are not _that_ much bigger, I recommend you just build
tomsrtbt with a 2.2.x kernel. It is not picky or hard, in fact, if you
build it without the stuff you don't use, it will probably be *smaller*
and you won't even have to make space for it. As far as I know, there are
only 2 kernel config options that are required for tomsrtbt: you must
enable the minix filesystem, and you must enable ramdisks. But 2.2.x
kernels work fine with tomsrtbt. I think that 2.0.x, (soon 2.0.39!) will
be the best choice for the default tomsrtbt image for some time to come,
but, that doesn't mean there is any reason to stick with 2.0.x if you are
customizing it. Don't forget, none of the stuff under /usr/lib/modules
will work unless you replace that also. -Tom
