This is some kind of mime-type web-server netscape-browser download
idiocy, probably I can keep it from happening by doing some mime-type
override at the web provider, the easy way to prevent it from happening
is use "ftp://ftp.toms.net/rb/..." instead of "http://www.toms.net/rb/"...
until/if I try to figure out the mime-type idiocy that is corrupting some
downloads.  It also might fix it to hold the shift key when you click on
it. -Tom
