Perhaps I'm confused because I've always worked in third world underfunded
consolidations and projects which had no choice but to use the same bug tracking
system all the time, and didn't have this notion of pre-integration project bug
trackers being different.   Why would you want to keep that history in somewhere
different and lose it on integration?
