Why should we spend valuable time implementing these types of things for bug updates if we haven't yet seen any abuse of bug submission.If we start seeing bug submission spam then sure lets look at moderation or other anti-spam tricks, but until then I don't see the point and it will just slow down getting a more usable b.o.o.
