If we were looking for cross compatibility with Sun's internal defect
tracking, we could easily use the same alias for both (just so both
fields were propogated).

And in reality, a lot of the opensolaris projects will still have
sun internal managers associated with them, particularly after
integration (if we're planning on supporting the sw - but I have
no idea how that is going to work out, or who is looking into that)
