Communities have a named person as a facilitator (eg me for the Security Community) that could be use here. We already use aliases in Bugster for initial evaluator emails rather than a single person. Aliases work MUCH better for initial bug emails than a single person does. IMO the RM has no real meaning in OpenSolaris.
