Note that this discussion is only about moving bugs filed against opensolaris/website. Also, there is no way to prevent particular bugs from being filed in bugs.opensolaris.org. It is simply a bugs-by-mail mechanism. We will have to catch those bugs when they come in to the opensolaris/triage-queue category in bugster, remove them from bugster and log them in bugzilla.
