Is there a good web page on filing bugs?
I put together a presentation with a contributor to FROSUG recently (Pat
Korsnick) but it's rather free standing, as we didn't find many very
visible resources to point at:

Probably remove the forum, but as for the mailing list, I'd say keep it,
but set it up with an auto-responder that informs the original sender
how to log a bug via the standard mechanisms.
- yes I know that information is likely on a website somewhere, but some
people respond better by to being told what to do via email, rather us
expecting them to take the time to read up on how to log bugs properly.
