Who moderates this list, and/or what automatic policies are in place?
Tim's been trying for a long time now to ask questions here.
If I could find this out without e-mail, how? I tried to mconnect to
opensolaris.org and EXPN tools-discuss-owner, but got no response.

Nothing I send to this alias ever seems to arrive. :-) Do you have
administrative access? It would be good to know if things are getting held up
due to a moderator being on vacation or something, or out and out rejection of
my email, or what.
