Ok, the situation is as follows: the auto-discard option was set for
mail from non-members, which is why the queue was empty and Tim's mails
went nowhere. The following actions have been taken to address this
problem on this list only:
1. I've set the non-member message disposition to Hold, so that
moderators will have the opportunity to review and approve them for 30
days.
2. I've added Tim to the auto-bypass list so that he can post his
question immediately.
3. Additional moderators are being added by Bonnie to handle non-member
messages.
Tim, Mark, apologies for the inconvenience. This should close out this
issue.
