While the "book's" focus is primarily 2200 and 630 Meters, the
concepts are certainly applicable to 160 meters.
YES! Rudy's website is a wealth of solid information, all of it based on
serious research conducted over decade and driven by solid scientific
and engineering principles. I've learned a lot from studying it.
