Thanks a lot, Scott. I am trying the Pizza.owl which is delivered with Topbraid in the directory examples. I am using Pellet 2.0.0. RC4 with the DIG interface.
If I run "Consistency Checking Only" I get following output at the command line: Classifying 327 elements Classifying: 100% complete But if I run "Inferences" now new elements are inferred and the error.log stays empty. Using the internal Pellet 1.5 reasoner, more than 110 triples are added. Why not with Pellet 2.0.0 over DIG?
