Christoph; The issue is that you are comparing results from a full API
interface (Pellet 1.5) vs. using the DIG interface (Pellet 2.0).  The
DIG interface may not be able to see all of the Pellet 2 results -
there are some posts about DIG compatibility in the Pellet forum.

In the meantime take a look at Composer's Error Log tab (Window > Show
View > Error Log) to see if there are any hints.
