Hi Scott,

What should I actually expect to be produced by the import. After the
import, the following files are produced
chebi_rs3-Mapping.owl - my mapping file
chebi_rs3Schema.owl - my schema file
chebi_rs3Test.owl - my test file

So I think that is OK.

(1) If I open the test file, then:
  (a) the *imported* datatype properities appear in the property
pane,
  (b) the two classes corresponding to the two relational tables are
present
but the "Operation Failed" error message occurs and no instances are
visible.

(2) If I open the schema file, then:
  (a) the datatype properities appear in the property pane,
  (b) the two classes corresponding to the two relational tables are
present
but the "Operation Failed" error message occurs.

It must be able to connect to the Oracle database because the classes
and properties are imported.

I don't really understand what the relevance of the error message is
and whether it is related to stopping me seeing the instances.

Cheers,
Derek
