View > Error Log

The overall structure is to separate schema and data.  The 'test' file
has the data and imports the schema.  This way you have the
flexibility to modify the 'schema' file independent of data.

We'll have to look at the error log to try to determine what is
causing the failure.  The issue is, I believe, that one of the imports
is not accessible.

If that file is always the dublin core (dc/elements/1.1), then there
is a chance that your topbraid library has been modified.  To re-
import the library, choose Import... RDF/OWL Library from web
