Hmm... What is EditMode?

Did you customize your form using a Form Layout editor and did you save the
result and got a .tbc file?

I have the correct ranges (rdfs:Literal) now after doing some
inferencing.

Yes indeed.
Although I couldn't find in the doc the specific differences between
the 2 modes Form and EditMode.
I started with the EditMode and to my surprise it affected the form in
Composer not in Ensemble.
When I constructed the same form in Form Mode, it started to show in
Ensemble, although on concepts of level1 and level3 only, not on level
2 ????
