Arthur;  I'm not entirely sure what your intent is.  Closing a project
means that the content of the project are not available to the Eclipse
application (Composer) that includes the Navigator view.  Nothing else
about the project changes, hence the properties will be the same.

In particular, I'm not sure what you mean by "old" and "new" location
(?).  Are you trying to copy projects and point back to the original
folders?
