Dalia; So you open the .owl file and want to import other files (is this what you mean by "add additional URIs?). To do this, open the Import view and add files (drag-drop or '+' icons).
If the Ontology Overview is not displayed, first make sure that the "Overview" sub-tab (bottom-left of resource view) is chosen. If so and the overview is not displaying correctly, the file may not have been created correctly.
