Tim; You can try creating a new workspace. Do File > Switch Workspace to an empty folder. Then create a project for the TopBraid library and perform an Import... RDF/OWL Library from the Web. To copy previous projects into the new workspace, do Import... > General > Existing Project into Workspace.
