This must be related to a problem that I have had with Pellet for some time (communicated on this list). It seems when I close TBC and then re-open it, Pellet becomes inoperative. If I reinstall, then Pellet works again until the next time I close / re-open TBC. The configure Inferencing dialog shows "<Unavailable Engine>" where Pellet should be.
