Arthur; Yes the Compare model feature will compare the currently selected graph with a selected model. See Help > How to? > Comparing RDF Models. This will analyze the graph for differences, which is different than text analysis of differences that an SVN will use (and that Jeremy speaks of).
While they are not integrated, SVN and the Diff tool can be used together to find what has changed between versions of the model, but will not have any provenance information.
