Jonas, have you taken a look at Help > TopBraid Composer > Working with Data Back Ends > Working with RDF Databases > Working with Relational Databases > Working with MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server Databases? That page provides some guidance in how to use jTDS, which is shipped with the product. There are also instructions for how to wrap the SQL Server driver for use in Eqiunox, which is required to before the jar is placed in the dropins folder.
