Jonas; From the D2RQ Help page, the next step is to follow the link titled "Working with MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server Databases.". This takes you to Help > Working with Data Back Ends > Working with RDF Databases > Working with > Relational Databases > Working with MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server Databases > that has specific instructions for wrapping your SQL Server driver jar for > Equinox.
