I have just tried that, using swadoc:AutoCompleteExample:
<swa:AutoComplete arg:id="property" arg:type="rdfs:Resource"/>
and it appears to work fine for me - all resources show up. Are you sure
that all instances in your data have rdfs:labels etc?
