Sanjeev, In this case, it'll require a configuration change. What you're trying to do will not be possible with the application configured with form authentication - you'll need to switch it to basic auth and then it should allow you to make service calls in this way without any problems. If you're not sure how to make this change by hand, you can navigate to http:// <server_name>/evn/index.html to regenerate the web.xml, making sure to choose basic auth.
