Hello Michael, The TOCPASED SysML editor is quite compliant with the SysML specification published on May 06. On the 2.0.0 TOPCASED release we are about to provide a SysML editor based on the specification of september 07 (final one).
You will find IBDs, BDDs, req diagrams, and all the UML2 diagrams (not a specific one for the activity diagram for instance). The effbd represents the application of a specific profile on the activity diagram. TOPCASED offers the definition and application of specific profiles so you should be able to have effbds.
