I don't see the need for this; the Qt port will be in a separate folder under the tortoisehg package. Let me re-iterate, I don't see a lot to be gained by trying to share code between GTK and Qt. Feel free to copy pieces of the hgtk folder wholesale to hgqt as necessary.
