I have tried to follow Steve's build process but no success so far. I blaim
my own amount of available time (average less than 8 hours per month) for
that.
I don't know if this will help you at all, but I have tried to collect
various sources with build instructions on my assembla pages. My intension
was to produce a document similar to
contrib/win32/win32-build.txt<http://www.selenic.com/hg/index.cgi/file/626cb86a6523/contrib/win32/win32-build.txt>for
inclusion into THG.

This might serve as a starting point, but you should probably go directly to
