We work with kerberos SSO from Linux clients to svnserve on a Linux
server. Unfortunately we can't get TortoiseSVN to use Kerberos
authentication.
On the Windows command line or in the GUI we get the following error
message:
svn: E210007: Cannot negotiate authentication mechanism
The registry settings below HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Carnegie
Mellon\Project Cyrus\SASL Library seems to be OK.
Is there anyone who has already gotten kerberos to run without HTTPS via
svn.

Client: TortoiseSVN 1.14.5 on Windows 10 ,
