Hi everyone, I'm a high school student — I've been following this group for a while, as I am very passionate about open source.
I'm organizing a TEDx high school event about the most pivotal ideas of our time. Open source is a concept that has changed so much, including my perception of who we are as a species; open source is an idea I want to introduce to the students around me. Education is also another major topic — particularly in the scope of technology, so naturally I became interested in how the two ideas merge. I'm curious if there are any dynamic speakers in the Philadelphia area that is passionate about this and has something meaningful to share with students. If you guys have any ideas, please email me!
