Christ, what a night!!
Ghillie's, Underworld, O'Neills... it all just flashed
by in a blur... Great night but (sob!) never managed
to hold aloft the VFF placard. Ah well, Mr.G's Chas
Smash tattoo was thrilling enough! Ian Mason, arriving
like a knight in Versace armour, bringing a touch of
glamour (as if Mr G wasn't enough!), drinks, drinks,
and er... more drinks!
Shame me and Neil had to leave so early folks... alas,
we had a prior engagement... ie. getting pissed at the
Valleys, tripping up some fearsome gangsters (it was
an accident, I tell you, heh heh...), singing at the
top of our voices at the Bank of Scotland in Queen
Street, and rounding the night off by sleeping under a
bridge beside the Clyde. Now you tell me... it dosen't
get much better than that, does it?
