My original post stated that Suggs had so much charisma that it more
than made up for any technical shortcomings. At no point did I mention
Lionel Ritchie, although Paul mentioned a lack of charisma, I don't
think he stated exactly that was why Lionel wasn't a legend..
I don't care for Mr Ritchie myself (after all he did release Hello,
which with Stevie Wonders I Just Called To Say I Love You ranks among
the sickliest songs ever).
I'm sure many people think Lionel is a legend, just not me or Mr
Muscat.
