The blurb says it is not actually about Madness. None of them are in it,
and the story line is not of them forming. Instead it is a story built
around some of their most famous songs.
Lets not butcher it before it's been seen.

ABBA, Billy Joel, Bruce Springsteen, the Kinks and
probably others that I'm not thinking of...and now
Madness. Does everything have to be turned into a
musical? One or two of these and it's kind of a cute
idea, but after that it's just predictable and cheesy
and I for one am glad I won't have to see a
musicalized version of Madness. It just trivializes
the artist and also saps their energy away from
working on projects featuring actual new music.
