Please don't mislead people. The HDTracks general FAQ comment - it is the same as CD is a comment to differentiate from MP3 or AAC files downloaded from Amazon or Apple etc. In that way all their downloads are high resolution (at least 44.1 16bit lossless). They also have higher resolution masters. I accept their FAQ is inadequate, but I hope you are not suggesting that they are just upsampling.
