Unfortunately that would mean that you can't get the best audio streaming product on the market if you live in the wrong country, most of us doesn't accept that so we buy it anyway to the higher price and the market continues to do the same thing in the future.
As mentioned, this isn't specific to Logitech, all most big international companies does the same thing. I'm not recommending people to not buy the Touch, it's worth all you have to pay for it. I'm just saying that either you accept the higher price in your country or you go through the hassle of having to wait a bit and order it from US through some intermediate company since that seems to be cheaper.
