It is a definition of a specific form of the capitalist market: the current hyper capitalist market only driven by what you tell it was always only drive by. It says a lot that this current hyper capitalist system is presented by you as THE definition of capitalism. This system only exists for some 20 years and has lead to several disasters in the recent past and will lead to more in the near future if we don't get rid of the hyper before capitalist. In a normal capitalist society a company not only has responsibility to it's stockholders but to their customers and the rest of the society also.
