I just use Windows Explorer. The Touch should appear under My Network Places > Microsoft Windows Networks > Workgroup. At least that's where it appears on my XP Pro computer. Other versions of Windows may be organized differently, but you should be able to find it through Windows Explorer. Then just drag and drop, delete files, whatever you normally do with local Windows files. For some reason, sometimes the Touch doesn't show up in the workgroup and I have to goose it a little. In the address bar enter \\Squeezebox Touch\logs and substitute the name that you've given to the Touch for 'Squeezebox Touch'. The Touch with all of it's shares should then appear in Explorer.
