I was fortunate to easily establish a wired connection when initially setting up my Touch (at my office). But I bought the Touch for use at my apartment where I have no computer or internet connection. I wanted to simply play from a USB disk drive. I would hope that future versions of the software make the Touch less reliant on calling home (or whatever it's doing on the internet). -- R Johnson ------------------------------------------------------------------------ R Johnson's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=36462 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=77833 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
