Check and verify that your MySB credentials (email & password) are the
same in three areas:
-  login to your MySB account web UI
-  connect Touch to MySB, on MySB web UI > Players > Touch (should say
Connected
-  SBS > Settings > MySB (same as your MySB login info?)
