The PSU's are different. Touch requires 3A @ 5V. Also the Touch is a different circuit design and simply plugging in a replacement has even less effect on a Touch than it did on the SB3. Certainly I can neither hear or measure any difference via analogue or digital outputs. Likewise screensavers or server-side flac decoding. The VFD screen on an SB3 does produce some measureable interference. The LCD Touch screen does NOT. YMMV.
