SomersetGuy, as someone else noted, this is just a discussion forum.
Nothing posted here constitutes an official notice to Logitech of
anything. 

So, if you're just blowing off steam, fine. If you believe you'll get
an official response, think again. 

I've had my Touch for a bit over two weeks and like it. It works
perfectly for how I use it. I've tried some of the other features
(stand-alone USB drive) and admit I haven't fully figured it out at
this point. However, that's a curiosity issue for me and not a critical
use one, so I'm happy to leave that in the category that I'll experiment
some more when I have time. 

Lots of consumer products have features that are never mastered by the
majority of purchasers. I recall reading that a high percentage of VCR
owners in the past never figured out how to set their clock, much less
do something like time record. 

How many features go unused on the typical iPhone or computer software
because they involve a learning curve to a greater or lesser degree? 

When a person's very first post is a legalistic complaint that contains
no indication whatsoever that the user put forth any effort to ask for
help or research the problem, it doesn't make a favorable impression.
