It's not a criminal offence in the UK, and in fact, the Sale of Goods
Act is irrelevant to Logitech as manufacturer; it only applies to the
seller.  Which may be Logitech's online shop, but that could well be a
distinct legal entity.

The OFT are also irrelevant if there have been no dodgy practices by
the seller, and again note that I refer to the -seller-, not the
manufacturer.
