It's not a criminal offence in the UK, and in fact, the Sale of Goods Act is irrelevant to Logitech as manufacturer; it only applies to the seller. Which may be Logitech's online shop, but that could well be a distinct legal entity.
The OFT are also irrelevant if there have been no dodgy practices by the seller, and again note that I refer to the -seller-, not the manufacturer. -- SJobson Mac Mini - Squeezebox Touch - MF X-Dac V8 - MF XT-100 - Spendor S5e ------------------------------------------------------------------------ SJobson's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=16336 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=78323 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
