I don't think Touch has bridging.  If it did then that might work I
suppose.

For such a simple setup (Touch + USB controlled by SB Controller) you
could just buy a very inexpensive WiFi router with the router simply
"bridging" (as it were) the Touch & Controller.  
No need to wire the router to anything besides power.
